Point Blank:
The Burden of Proof is NOT on the public nor the voters to show election fraud.
The Burden of Proof is on the SOS to show NO FRAUD EXISTS before they can Certify the election results.

GA SOS has failed, but certified anyways.

They are now guilty of Fraudulently Certifying the Election Results. A crime separate from the frauds committed in the counting process.

I would say that IF the SOS or state had run a transparent election, the burden of proof would be on the voters.

But since it wasn’t transparent, and there aren’t sufficient logs on the adjudication process, and they are still not allowing access to the physical ballots, then the burden of proof is on the SOS/state.

And Congress should call them out on it on the 6th and do their own audit or accept that there was no transparency and declare it a failed election.
