If this was a developing country with no advance knowledge that there was a pandemic, maybe.
But it’s not, so your post is absurd, at best.

Most EMS staff will say the survival rate is 5%. That’s what they taught at my last BLS class.

And I’m here to tell you that the survival they are speaking of is not one you necessarily want. The ones I have seen make it were tubed and shipped out to die a few weeks later in a trauma center ICU. Unless healthcare staff do the compressions, they are rarely done hard enough.
