mention of one early voter arriving at 7.30am in, I think, Spalding, only to be told to come back later because Dominion was down and they didn’t have other ballots ready for them to use.
Bannon’s War Room had the same technicaldifficulties when crossing to DC today - couldn’t hear a word that was being said. Bannon said they could hear in the studio, so clearly they didn’t know viewers couldn’t hear.
