Changes in state constitutions needed

We need changes in the states’ constitutions. This election has been an eye-opening event as to the degree of election corruption and the lack of measures to investigate and resolve election controversies affecting the election of presidential electors.

What measures do states have in place to investigate and resolve election controversies? I have reviewed the state constitutions of those states involved in the election fraud controversies. Nowhere in these state constitutions does the burden of resolving election controversies rest with the state legislature. Yet, the U.S. Constitution places the responsibility on the state legislatures in Article 1, Section 4 “Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct…”

Constitutional provisions for resolving election controversies vary. Michigan and Wisconsin provide for a board of canvassers with membership divided evenly between parties. Pennsylvania’s constitution establishes the courts as the means to resolve election controversies. Georgia’s constitution assigns this to the Secretary of State. Arizona’s constitution is entirely lacking in detail on elections; instead, you must refer to the state’s statues.

Exactly. Make all the changes to any constitution you want and the dems will wipe their butts with them.

You aren’t going to get them. It would require a Constitutional Amendment which 2/3rds of Representatives and 2/3rds of Senators would have to sign on to. You think they’re going to vote to limit their time at the trough?

And there is no provision for Initiatives in the Constitution, which is how most states imposed term limits.

There is the possibility of a Constitutional Convention called by the states. But again 2/3rds of he states’ legislatures would have to make the call. This hasn’t happened in our history. Many worry that leftists would seize control and propose all kinds of amendments we wouldn’t be happy with.

The executives in each state ignored state laws citing C19 crappola as emergency justification to mandate insecure mailin voting, and other junk they could control. When challenged by GOP controlled state legislatures they said: “take complaint to state Supreme court”. Well, they did. And, those justices are progressives so like the SCOTUS told the state legislatures to bugger off.
State GOP should have impeached executives and/or taken control of reconciling changes in state election laws with US Constitution.
But, being GOP they did nothing more.

The state leaders ignored their own state constitutions, changing the documents will mean nothing.

The United States Constitution has been declared to be Null and Void by no less than the Supreme Court and the United States House of Representatives and the Senate.

As a result. I take that to mean that any treaty or other agreement that was made prior to these declarations should also be Null and Void.

The way that I see it, the United States of America exists no longer.

I wondered how far in I’d get before someone pointed out the
obvious lesson from this election.

You were spot on.

A number of state’s Constitutions were violated during this
election, and the Constitution of the United States was as
well

Election officials, political figures, and the courts
allowed unConstitutional acts to take place with impunity.

Can’t fix that. Whatever law you pass in the Legislature
will be ignored as well.

As a side note to this thread, please consider following.

Patriots need to start running the country with recall elections.

Californians can download recall Gavin forms from web site.

Patriots need to petition to change their state constitutions so that politicians must first escrow a refundable “recall deposit” to fully pay for their own recall elections before they can even become a candidate.

Thirty-eight states can amend the federal constitution overnight to give the states the power to recall bad-apple federal elected officials. Patriots need to start recalling state lawmakers who refuse to support such an effort.

That’s a loose interpretation, but it’s certainly the core
of the issue we should be pondering.

What is still sacrosanct?

I guess intruding on their royal highnesses’ space is still an
issue they will respect and adhere to.

“””We need changes in the states’ constitutions.”””

I do not believe we need amendments to the State’s Constitutions.

What we need is the the Legislatures in the States to repeal their delegation of certifying the Electoral Vote to the Governor or Secretary of State.

The State Legislatures, pretty much across the USA, delegated their Electoral Vote Certification duty to the State Executive for convenience sake only.

The State Legislatures did not want to have to travel to their State Capitol on December 14th every four years.

The State Legislatures instead wanted to have an extended Christmas holiday.

Well, folks that delegation of Electoral Vote Certification has bit a big hole in their butts.

Yeah, going on in NV as well with trying to recall sissypants. Problem is in NV you need 25% of actual voters to sign on. Not registered, actual voters. And since most of the voters in NV live in Vegas.......................

At one time we thought if we could get it changed to one county=one electoral vote, that would work. Never happen now.

I am in contact with my Texas State Representative and Senator to let them know that they need to get onboard with the Texit Secession movement as well as giving serious consideration to telling the GOP to get gone.

The National GOP can ESAD as far as I’m concerned. I will NEVER vote for another “Republican”, ever.

I know a lot of folks think that’s a good idea, and right now
I don’t have a good answer for it.

The moment states back away, separate, we as a nation cease
to be a super-power.

China will rule the world with an iron fist. Parts of our
own nation will think that’s grand.

I don’t have a plan to offer up as an alternative.

Perhaps the only thing that will wake people up, is for
the Biden administration to overplay their hand and
lose the backing of many people.
