In fact, this was nothing like that. The actual similarity is to the Occupy Movement. The Reichstag was burned to the ground. The place was gutted. These people broke a few windows, rearranged some furniture, took selfies and souvenirs of their visit, left. The way the press is framing it, you’d think they had liquidated the entire Congress in gas chambers. Whereas the reality was a tame version of Occupy Wall Street, minus the raw sewage everywhere.

There are way too many instances like this out there. There are good pics of a BLM leader from Salt Lake IIRC inside the capitol. The Capitol Police leadership rejected offers of National Guard help 3 days before the event.

Do I think actual Trump supporters got caught up in all this and acted stupidly and went into the Capitol? Sure.

But there are two many aspects to this that make it look like an orchestrated event by the Left.
