There ain’t no way to ‘casually ask a person about their genitals, unless it’s a joke. Some/most people would never joke that way.
The old joke of a guy with a lifted truck compensating for something comes to mind. I could see a group of friends make a few jokes at their buddies expense, but it would clearly be a joke and not tied to a job or soem other unrelated issue.
