how can twitter make such a claim as it is well known that they banned Trump from posting recently, but now i understand that they lifted this ban. i would say it’s a little too late to make that claim.
A dangerous precedent. There can be no freedom of speech in politics as long as every platform (newspaper, telephone, website, etc.) where speech is distributed can be sued if it does not correctly arbitrate the truth of the speech uttered on the platform.
