I took it to mean a peaceful transition from police providing security to the military. Not a transfer of the govt but a transfer of the Capitol security
He did say, “...the peaceful transition to military power”,
but this guy wasn’t smooth. He probably misspoke due to
being nervous.
The military isn’t taking over.
Besides, these are undercover social workers. There’s no
need for people who are armed. Just ask those wanting to
defund the police everywhere.
It’s is amazing the contrast between what the Communists
