Giuliani should have known better that to make claims he couldn't back up. Whether you or I think his claims are true are irrelevant in this case. Other than giving press conferences and interviews he never followed up the only place it counts- in the courtroom. As a lawyer he should know you never ever make a claim like this unless can present the evidence in a court of law to back it up.
