The constitution says the chief justice presides but since when does the commiecrat party abide by the constitution?

If Roberts indicates he will not preside it means he does not subscribe to the theory that you look back to the position at time of the event.
I told you weeks ago they were going to do this after Trump left office and you didn’t believe me.
There is some room for them to put a stop to this but I think Dems are too far gone in the process.
