Was it brought up during defense, or in questions yet, that Trump asked for national guard days prior in response to intel, was ‘advised against’? (that would address directly any claim of intent to incite)
or that the DC mayor rejected a need for NG along with Pelosi, who was approached several times by Capitol Police. And that Trump gave the SofDef full authority to mobilize?

I was wondering that, too. IIRC, he offered 10,000 NG troops, but he was turned down, but I don’t know who turned him down.

Defense mentioned it once, that I heard (I tuned in late), but the ‘House Managers’ still refuse to acknowledge it; in fact, just the opposite. They say that Trump intentionally left them defenseless.
The head of the Capitol Police (on orders of Pelosi and Schumer) turned it down. Said: ~’the optics would be bad’.

It was casually mentioned by one of the attorneys for DJT as he was defending him. I believe it was the mayor that turned down the request.
The best of all... check the spelling in Swalwell’s document. He confused words. The guy is really stupid.
