I live up north and have never actually had trouble with outside faucets (hose bibs) until it gets down to about 16°F at night and stays under 25 for the day. But to be cautious I do install those Dolly Parton’s if 25 is forecast so no surprises. The one frost-resistant faucet gets to go buck naked.
Yup! Out of Tolar on 218 and to Nix Rd. and Coleman Ranch Rd. Coleman ranch pretty much a decimated ranch now with all the stone being taken out. Really sad.

My son in NW Dallas said yesterday they were getting Lake Effect snow off Lake Hubbard (I think). LOL
