Don't buy into the liberal crap that windmills freezing caused this problem. They don't winterize plants down here as they do in the north preparing mainly for the brutal summers. They are not allowed to charge the consumer for winterizing either. This will be an opportunity to raise rates for the next event that may not happen for 30 years.
Windmills freezing would certainly seem part of the problem. I don’t doubt insufficient winterization is part of the problem, too. Quite often a fixation on either/or is common even when both/and is the more likely answer.
