Somehow this hits me as hard as any death I have experienced including my own parents. I am an old man, I seldom cry like this.
His voice and words actually comforted me through many difficult days and I am grateful to him for that.
There are few people I respect and damn few I admire. I admired Rush for his courage, his spirit, his wisdom, his energy. He never lost because he never quit. He was a Patriot, a Great American and a Great Man.
