They are obviously the ones who decided that proper weatherization procedures didn’t need to be followed for natural gas, coal, and wind.

Are these the people who thought effing windmills were a good idea? There is only one kind of electricity generating windmill AND it called an effing windmill.

They're saying it's NOT the windmills and solar farms. And that would leave what?? Gas and electric.
We need to know the number of homes that are serviced by windmills and solar panels.
