Can’t her family launch a wrongful death suit against the Capital Police and the individual officer who killed her? Only legal way to get a modicum of justice.

They could but then they knew she went too far in her involvements at protests.

No warning shot?

She was 1/2 his size and at least 1/2 a minute getting through that barricade. In no immanent threat but partially concealed, he waited, deliberately drew down, advanced, and fired.

That’s how it looked to me.

But it might have been fake— the lack of any court filings tends to support that theory. I hope it was.
