What does that have to do with emergency COVID relief?
We in America are nothing more then slaves to the collective, the communists among us steal our earning and wealth and redistribute it around the world. These communists are both Democrats and Republicans, This giving the money away is done via aid to other countries. Bush gave billions to Africa. They also redistribute our wealth by reducing our own oil output so we have to purchase it from outside the country, trade deficits are redistribution of wealth.
Money flows back to them via donations to their foundations.
