He forgot just about every private ran motel in the country and a lot of apartment landlords. They work hard from what I can see. though.
A huge number of hotels are owned by Indians with the last name Patel. That’s roughly transliterated as Innkeeper.
I spent 90 or so hotel nights in 2019. The majority were in Comfort Inn or Quality Inn hotels, many owned by Patel’s.
I’ve only had a couple that weren’t well run. Those were not Indian owned properties.
