Most of the damned thing is PORK. They have everything in it but real help. Like strengthening the border wall, help for veterans, help for the military, help for the police, defense of the Republic from socialists and communists and Red China, Soviet Russia, North Korea, Iran and other assorted enemies of the USA. But since we have a communist government in place now, none of this will ever happen.
The Uniparty GOP helped get rid of Trump. Now they can go back to doing what they do best, playing the Washington Generals for the Democrats while they make meaningless noises of opposition for their credulous voters.
Not to underscore the stupidity of this in general, but 9% gets into “the folks” hands and the rest is democrat buddy’s giveaways.

How did this pass without cloture? Doesn’t reconciliation rules require that the legislation be budget neutral? Does this include $1.9T in spending offsets?

Let’s be honest: This fact that this was called a COVID relief bill normally would normally have The Usuals quaking with fear at the idea of opposing it. However, since it’s nothing but a money grab for the same Democrat machinery that seeks to defeat them every cycle, that’s the real reason there were zero R votes. It’s basically a $1.9T check to the DNC with a COVID Relief cover page.
