Regarding the unconstitutional (imo) Equality Act, Patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally given the corrupt, Democratic-controlled feds the specific power to make laws protecting against sex-related discrimination outside the scope of voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation [emphasis added]."

So the so-called Equality Act, like the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles imo, is just another example of unconstitutional federal government overreach that many federal lawmakers should lose their jobs for under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for supporting it imo.
