That’s a great message to send to a restive electorate after a year of fumbling the response to COVID-19. Gavin Newsom tried to get cute in his State of the State speech from an empty Dodger Stadium, pledging to deliver a New And Improved Normal, but it fell as flat as, well, Newsom’s entire gubernatorial career. Small wonder Californians want to push him out of office before the end of his term via an upcoming recall:
California Gov. Gavin Newsom will say during his State of the State address that the pandemic will end soon. But when it does, Newsom will say that “we’re not going back to normal” because “normal accepts inequity.”

The only inequity I see are the result of the government and their laws, rules and regulations.
I support this clown - to finish his job of destroying his bankrupt, corrupt, Third World “state”. And yes I realize there are plenty of American patriots stuck behind enemy lines. But the sooner we get the collapse over with the sooner we can rebuild.
Newsom recently approved mail-in only voting for the recall election.
I don’t think he’s too worried about the outcome now.
Never let a crisis go to waste. So, naturally, they want a permanent crisis.
What are they doing with their budget surplus?
Right out of the democRATic playbook, this was all about control and manipulation of the public.
And just as the climate, the environment, the CO2 levels and saving the planet, have nothing to do with the liberals such for climate change and the Green New Deal, this pandemic response has nothing to do with the health and well-being of the public.
The blue-state responses to the virus were managed to create a "new normal" for the population. Don't doubt me. People will be wearing masks, social distancing and forced to stay in their homes and not be able to work or go to school and conduct their lives as before, well into the future.

Newsom To Californians: Let’s Face It, We’re Never Getting Back To Normal
I mentioned, at work in our last WebEx team meeting, when someone asked when we’d be going back in the office, I said we’re never going back. The building, the transportation, the elevators - all of it - was designed for a pre-holocaast world. We are now in a post holocaust world and those things will no longer work.
There was silence and nervous laughter.
I’m just finishing up my 6th year as a contractor there and am willing to retire at any time. In fact, if it were not for WFH, I probably already would have.
But it’s making me bold. I’m willing to say what I actually think and iut’s a lot of fun.
This will leave a deep mark and it will take decades for it to go away. We didn’t come out of the great depression until after a world war and we were in the 50’s. I expect this to end the same way.
A fresh and honest perspective. I said to my wife last March that the reprocussions from this scam are far worse than a nuke dropped on NY or DC.
Thing is, the mushroom cloud from this MOAB can’t be seen by most, or they just deny the blast even occurred.
I actually see it as a sort of slow acting neutron bomb, dropped on the whole world.
I also see it as suicide. It’s like the bank was talking about maybe, possibly foreclosing on our house, so we burned it down.
