I don't think he is out of touch with reality at all. I think he is a little man who never had this kind of power. He hedged his bets by not getting too far out of President Trump's good graces, just in case he got reelected (Of course I am convinced that Trump really did get reelected but that is not the question here!) and then he would have been all in supporting President Trump's efforts. But since Sleepy Joe is there he is trumpeting the leftist line. And it has to make him feel good to be singled out by Biden as the person we all need to obey. And the fact that he makes more than the President isn't a bad incentive either! Plus, it is easy to come to believe a set of “facts” that not only is what the leftists want, but will also be very profitable to Fauci personally.

Having a mountain oyster festival in Virginia City NV today and some friends and I are doing an open mic night on Wednesday at the Red Dog Saloon up there and last fall there was an ‘unofficial’ street vibrations motorcycle rally there and it was packed.
