I wonder what maganer this investment was made. It was probably part of a large syndication? I am doubting someone was actively picking certain movies to invest in?
If a multi million dollar investment has no oversight then there’s a bigger problem.

Unraveling the trail of money from the Vatican to the movie would be good to know. Was it a bit of a limited partnership, a fund or directly into the movie.
