According to a video of Tucker Carlson I watched a while back, Brian had called his brother around 6:30 p.m. on January 6th, told him he had been pepper-sprayed three times, but was okay. From what I heard, there was no mention as to who was responsible for his being sprayed three times. The Capitol Hill police were using pepper-spray themselves that day. He could have been hit by spray used by his own people. Whatever pepper-spray the Feds used, they had to have kept an inventory of how much was used that day. It has to be documented, so I would hope the defense would be asking for the records on how much was dispensed that day, to who, and how much was used by Capitol Police, and in what situations.
Also, is three types the only Fed option? Could they have been using a “new” type they were “experimenting” with? There is possibly much more here. Get Sidney Powell involved.
