That means at least four justices think the case should be overturned, and they think they have the votes to do it.
It is primarily a Fourth Amendment case.
The "gun" part is whether the court will implicitly find their is a "gun" exception to the Fourth Amendment.
They have not done so, so far.
There was a similar case in Wisconsin, where the appellate ruling upheld the police.
This should be overturned by the Supreme Court.

I hope so. My fear is that the Roberts court, who was afraid of riots from over turning a fraudulent election, will use that same fear now as an excuse to cave in and look like they are doing something to help with the “epidemic of gun violence”...
