"Texas law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless they are taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt. Failure to properly restrain a child can result in a ticket of up to $250."

Laws are only for citizens, silly gringo........../s
This car was packed full of these kids.....not ONE wearing a seat belt, or in a car seat.
Guy would never say where he was taking them....only that he got them at the church.
Good job Alex.
none of this traumatizes kids. Nope. Not a bit. but put them in detention under the care of the BP, and that’s worth bucks for ‘neglect’.
