Every gun show we've attended had a booth where you file the paperwork for the gun; some gun dealers had the paperwork at their table to fill out - then you took it to that booth where they'd run the background check.

About the only way around a background check is if you bought privately.

Biden is a liar! Every gun show I have been to has a provion and electronic equipment for an instant check. I have bought several guns at gun shows and each one required a background check on me. Biden is just spouting lies to shore up his executive orders. He is counting on the majority of the population to have never been to a vun show.

Right, I went to a gun show last year and bought two mini guns, no ID or anything, but it was in Texas so,,,,just trying to figure out how to get the gyroscopic mounting/aiming system to work in the back of my truck.
