Pennsylvania election officials have agreed to remove thousands of dead Americans from its state voter rolls following a lawsuit by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF).
In November 2020, PILF attorneys filed suit against Pennsylvania election officials, alleging at least 21,000 dead Americans were on the state’s voter rolls less than a month before the 2020 presidential election.
The lawsuit claimed more than 9,200 of the dead Americans on the voter rolls had been dead for at least five years, nearly 2,000 had been dead for at least a decade, and nearly 200 had been dead for at least 20 years.
This week, PILF attorneys reached a settlement with Pennsylvania’s Acting Secretary Veronica Degraffenreid that requires state election officials to compare death data sets from the Electronic Registration Information Center to the full voter registration database before the 2021 election.
“This marks an important victory for the integrity of elections in Pennsylvania,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement.
“The Commonwealth’s failure to remove deceased registrants created a vast opportunity for voter fraud and abuse. It is important to not have dead voters active on the rolls for five, 10, or even 20 years. This settlement fixes that.”
The case is Public Interest Legal Foundation v. Degraffenreid, No. 1:20-cv-01905 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

The advantage of having ‘the dead’ stay on voter rolls is it’s a great way to determine the depth and breath of voter fraud.
Since ‘the dead’ can’t vote - because they’re dead - they’re used in the voter fraud technique known as ‘voting the people who don’t show up to vote’....
I’m guessing the organization that wants the dead removed from the voter rolls is a liberal organization.

This guy appears to be the real deal... worked under George Bush at the DOJ... he’s against voter fraud. Too bad he’s removing the names... they’re harmless unless ‘voted’ and when ‘voted’ we can track it back to democrats...

When my Father passes away, I will have his name removed from the voter rolls immediately. He’d hate to vote democrat.

I’ve been keeping a close eye on my Dad’s voting record. He died on 5-31-2020, so I’ve been keeping track on our Wisconsin voter rolls.
So far, I can find no proof that he voted for Plugs - which he never, ever, EVER would’ve done in a million light-years. He LOVED President Trump, though he had always been a Reagan Republican.

No, it really is good to get the names gone from the rolls. Now, when someone shows up at the polling place to pick up his ballot, when the folks at the check-in table flip down the rolls to find the name, it isn't there.
Then they say, "I'm sorry, I don't find that you're registered, or that you even live [so to speak] in the district. . ." And they don't get a ballot.
Then it takes a lot for a voter to prove existence from a state of non-existence. I mean, you'd have to bring Our Lord to raise the . . .
It had to go to the courts so that Trump wouldn’t win until after the puppet was firmly entrenched in the Whitehut.

I don’t know but they’d be a minimum 109 years old now.
Or all ballots must be in chain of custody and supervised by state police by midnight election day and no poll workers allowed in counting rooms without two observers per party per counting machine. HD video of the counting streamed 24/7. Random hand recounts of poll batches upon request by any observer.
