It seems that some people want their fellows to be immune to compliance with arrest for crimes or warrants.
I think that is absurd and should not be tolerated.

so in Minneapolis, what exactly, is the incentive to STOP rioting?
cops aren’t going to arrest you apparently, so why would you stop??
