It is pretty accurate and had details I had not read elsewhere.
From what I heard in a report a while back the operator(s) failed to file the paperwork designating those entities as critical. As a result, ERCOT/Oncor were not aware that shutting off a particular grid would result in taking power production off-line.
Not sure how much truth is behind that though.
