May have to do with the definition of “refugee”. When Trump was President, he was pretty much only allowing provable refugees to cross over into the US for a time. Biden is letting in most everybody. No need to claim refugee status. So, it is very possible fewer are claiming refugee status under Biden . . . there is no reason to make the claim anymore.

What this group is saying may be true in the sense that instead of formally (and legally) admitting refugees this Administration is just letting ILLEGAL aliens come in by the 1000’s.
