Speaking of bloated government agencies... and knowing you’re great at finding things...
I need your help. I’m having trouble getting my mail - and I called the 800 number to complain and there is NO WAY you can get through to a person.
Same with the local post office number... it’s rings six or seven times then automatically hands up. Anyway you know to reach a live person as the post office? I’ve lived at the same address for decades...but now mail is being returned to sender - my homeowners new policy was sent to me and they got it back - when I called they thought I had moved. And that’s not the only time or company. Some mail has been tossed... not returned or delivered. I have the nicest mailman in the country - for years and years - so it’s not him... anyway do you know a way to reach a person in the post office? Any post office...
Sounds like you’re a victim of a scam......did somebody fill out a change of address form under your name?
As for reaching a person.....I’ve had no problem here.
Since the USPS is a federal entity....start by calling your Congressman or US Senators for help.
