Like I said the problem is power. The antenna to gather the power is gigantic and the chip has no power it can't do anything and can't transmit. The power supply needs to be close to current implants that are under the skin. Batteries are huge too so we are not talking batteries. The only possibility is chemical power and that's not possible yet.
