Running the plates will bring up any warrants also. Not necessarily this person.

He was stopped because his plates had expired. The warrant was for armed robbery, not for a ‘misdemeanor’ as some reports have said. The cops that went to his car knew all of this.

Don’t police cruisers have computers to run info on plates, so they know what they’re dealing with before they get out of their veh?
