“Appears” to be holding a knife? I saw the video, and it was plain as day - and it was a very large knife.
That 16 year old knew she was surrounded by cops and she still was raging in bloodlust. A bullet was the only thing that would have stopped her.
Not sure why she thought there would be no consequences for her actions....hmmmm.
It looked like the “dad” handed the perp the knife just before he kicked the girl on the ground in the head.
