Washington — Attorney General Merrick Garland announced Wednesday the Justice Department has opened a civil investigation into the Minneapolis Police Department's policing practices following the conviction of former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin for the death of George Floyd.

In brief remarks from the Justice Department, Garland said the sweeping probe will determine whether the Minneapolis Police Department engages in a "pattern or practice" of unconstitutional or unlawful policing.

The 2030 murder rates in Minneapolis are going to be spectacularly high.

Officer Chauvin will be charged with a civil rights crime of denying/obstructing the criminal druggie scumbag Floyd’s “civil right”, in case he gets off on appeal.

Gotta keep pushing for the National Geheim Staats Polizei— which JoeBama is carrying the torch for Obamaumao.

A NATIONALIZED police overlording all municipalities, counties and State police, and the LAWS of our States.

Garland is one little twerp pussie lib, protecting all of his pals in the fraud judiciary, and Anti-Constitutional from the get-go. Why he was wanted for SCOTUS by Obamaumao. Communists, how they roll.

Notice the difference.
Trump’s DOJ did nothing for 4 years other than talk.
This toad has only been on the job for 2 months and already he is attacking those who disagree with him.

Prediction: Minneapolis becomes Detroit within 10 years as terrified NiceWhites realize what they’ve done, and move as fast as they can as housing values decline.

Depopulation will be “fixed” by importing more charming Ilhan’s from Africa, so that it will be Mogadishu within a decade.

The Morlocks will continue Mau-Mau’ing the puerile Eloi idiots of Minnesota for cash and free stuff (like keeping the heat on in the winter) under the threat of moving to Anoka and terrorizing cute little Casper girls.

That’s the fate of Minnesota Nice, and we can all say good night to them, it’s over.

I guess he will ask for assistance from the SPLC. End result, pay up Minneapolis.

and then in 2040 we’re going to hear about the need for a new crime bill, and everyone is going to wonder how crime got so bad and how we can “fix the problem”. There will be a call from the big cities for tougher policing. Aka 1994. Ahhh... the circle of life.

Garland is following the Obama/Holder method of holding local police departments to long trials (”examinations”) by the DOJ borons, squeezing them with threats of further prosecutions of “violating federal civil rights ‘protections’ “, until the department agrees to a “settlement” in the form of a “consent” decree - telling the department how they must thereafter operate or be in “violation” of the “consent decree” they signed. The departments become permanently operating under federal DOJ watchdogs. That is not how the founders intended local police in our states should have to operate.

Under those methods the DOJ operates as a shakedown operation, because there is no court, no judge, no trial, no defense as in a trial, just the DOJ as police, prosecutor and judge.

If the DOJ was forced to go to court and prove their case, in the instances where they have forced consent decree settlements on police departments, and we had “loser pays” as the standard for suits in our courts, the DOJ would lose.
