I disagree. It means that she IS MOST DEFINITELY RUNNING.

She has given up on trying to win the Republican Primary, and she plans to run as a write-in ... just as she did in 2010.

This vote is to get the AK Dems to vote for her instead of the final Republican nominee.

Won’t be nearly as easy with Trump out there. No way she can swamp-out the Republican this time with her money.

Anyway, she’ll have to announce either way, and soon.

I thought Alaska passed a law after 2010 making incumbent losers of major party primaries ineligible to run in the general election.
