Not many people using copper for plumbing anymore, even through it’s still the best.

I think block walls are cheaper than stick frame at this point.

I’ve got lots of oak trees. I ought to make a sawmill.

You ain’t kidding. At Home Depot recently a 3/4” sheet was double from a year ago. $78!!!
