They are flocking to Florida in droves. Its panic buying of real estate.
Much of Florida is becoming built out and running against the Everglades. My parents left NY for Boca Raton in ‘91 when there was still land left. That was 30 years ago and your only option in Palm Beach County these days is to build “up.”
That’s great to hear because my town is being over run with Northeasterners. Glad to know they have decided to someplace else.
Someone forgot to tell U-Haul. Price a one-way move from anywhere to FL, then price the same move from FL to anywhere. There’s a lot of U-Haul equipment in Florida, and it didn’t get there on it’s own.
