Only read the excerpt, but the article seems to point to the reliability of VAERS. The alleged death should be relatively easy to corroborate.

16 year old female, vaccinated with Pfizer, hemodynamic collapse at home; persistent cardiac arrest requiring ECMO. Event believed secondary to pulmonary embolism. Death by neurologic criteria. Symptoms: cardiac arrest, circulatory collapse, computerized tomogram thorax abnormal, death, lung assist device therapy, pulmonary embolism.
Vaers is a waste. They are supposedly way behind in reporting.
