I think the California GOP base should consider their bad experience with Schwarzenegger. Arnold even had Hannity rooting for him. But what a failure he turned out to be.
Jenner gets the attention because he/she already has a ton of public recognition. Others have to do something special to get the attention that falls on Jenner so easily.
Maybe there is some dark horse registered GOP person who will demonstrate they could win in California. I think Jenner is getting the attention now, and saying a number of “right” things, but I think he/she will falter before its all over.
