Can’t 911 get the callback number? We can on our phones.
They get your phone number & your address from a land line. If you use a cell, they can get the location from the GPS in the phone (which they have access to, even if you’ve turned the GPS off). I hope they pay the callers a visit & put them on notice (if not charge them).
