I wouldn’t waste my time with a physical arrest. There are more important things to do than handcuff and book some buzzkiller Karen (sorry to all the people named Karen, that must suck for y’all right now but it will pass).
Just issue them a ROR ticket and notice to appear and stand tall before the bench and either hold a trial or plead no contest and pay a big fat fine.
That Karen was trying to get those kids shot, they should be thrown under the county jail.
