So my question: what can we do to support these men and women and encourage them? Could we get some good food, some care packages to them? Correspond with them?

They are in isolation. That means nothing but nutraloaf for food 2 times a day, no phone calls, no visitation, no ‘yard,’ no correspondence, no visitation, one shower a week, and they probably don’t even get their mattress during the day time. Basically DC and the democrats are setting an example by treating them worse then death row inmates and they haven’t even been convicted of anything. This is Biden’s America. This is why the swampmis protected by a standing army. They have the foot soldiers and the protection of the government. Unless millions, tens of millions show up and march and are will to be mowed down by our own troops and cops, this will not change. I wish that was hyperbole.
