However, for those who are not icons of the Left and are in the rank and file there is always danger of them not keeping up with the latest absurdity and needing to apologize and accept the absurdity claiming that its due to some enlightened insight they had.
Even Leftist icons are sometimes subject to falling behind...as what happened to Atheist Richard Dawkins who was caught keeping an open mind about trans issues rather than acting as if he believed.

The problem with applying the Alinsky rules is that the Democrats/LEFTists have no standards to live up to or, perhaps, to live down to. The LEFT owns the bully pulpit, the media, PopCulture and academia. All of the voices are owned by the LEFT and they hold themselves responsible only for gaining power!
