Much as I'd like to call BS on the whole thing, I suspect that the front wheels were turned a little left before he stopped to talk. You can't tell from the video, but he might have pulled left to get closer to the urinalists. Meaning he'd have to turn the wheel right to do the 80 MPH run.

Much ado about nothing.

Frankly I'd be more inclined to believe that it was a body double doing the driving. Dementia Joe going 80 MPH in a prototype electric truck sounds awfully risky.

Unless Kameltoe was planning for the truck to overturn or explode or something. Ya never know.
