No carrying concealed is not a right... you have the right to keep and bear, but you do not have a RIGHT to conceal carry.
Driving is not a right, Driving is a privilege, you do not have any guaranteed RIGHT to drive a motor vehicle on public roads.

I gave you two sourced definitions in which “right” is included in the definition of “privilege”. One of the sources is codified law.

I don’t know about “any guaranteed” but I have the legal right as long as I have the license. And I believe I have the right to a license as long as I can pass the test. I can’t be legally denied for reasons other than failing the test or failing to pay the fees unless my license is legally suspended.

As far as know, I absolutely have a right to drive a motor vehicle which is my property on land which is my property, even without a license…at least around here.
Telling me how I may or may not BEAR arms is a clear infringement.
