What privacy is needed for an environmental study?
Are trees too embarrassed to let it be publicly known what color underwear they have on?
Note that the UPI propagandist, Zarrin Ahmed, failed to mention that the "judge" at the federal court was a Democrap Odiousbama "judge" - Brian Morris, chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, Great Falls.
Morris is renowned for his Commie Watermelon "rulings" which promote the Commie agenda [shutting down the Keystone pipeline was one].
Zerobama snailed this little black-robed POS into office on a 75–20 vote.
EPA varying scientific opinions good.
Health only Fauci’s.
In other words, it’s OK to hide the “data” again.
If studies are going to be used to make public policy, then all data must be made available. In this case privacy is BS. With politics seeming to be the basis of everything any more, especially in academia, then all data must be made available so the conclusions can be verified. Academia is corrupt as hell as are governmental departments and their word alone cannot be truste.
When our energy resources use are prohibited from being used by political edict, which curiously benefits Russian energy. Pipe line shut downs affecting our resources and supplies which result in thousands losing jobs and reliance on obtaining costly imports from foreign sources. Denying using our energy resources which if fully developed would turn out to be a major source of income when exported.
Dissasterous results should be expected when such edicts are issued . Those who order and support such decisions should be impeached because of the serious damage being done to the economy.
