Don’t worry, I heard the DA Todd Spitzer on the radio, Max Sentence is 25 to life which means he is eligible for parole after 25 years, but with the way they run the CA prison systems now, he should be eligible for parole in 7 and out in 12 Max.
If the State of California ain’t got the balls to do it, just bring them to me.
I have lots of very large oak trees with some great limbs, coils of rope or wire rope if they prefer and a few old three legged stool laying around.
