Although we disagree with ACLU’s position, the courts have already upheld it, so we will make the requested accommodations under protest. Effective Immediately, Alaska Airlines will Prohibit any person that is an Officer of the Court anywhere in the USA from boarding our Airplanes, if any Officer of the Court is found to have boarded or attempts to board any of our planes under false pretenses, THEY WILL BE ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED for Trespassing.
